Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz whiskey (bourbon or rye)
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1 oz peach puree (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • Ice cubes
  • Peach slices (for garnish)
  • Maraschino cherry (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Pour in the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and peach puree.
  • Shake well for 15–20 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a fresh peach slice and maraschino cherry, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Fresh, ripe peaches provide the best flavor, but canned or frozen peaches work too.
  • Make sure to strain the peach puree if you want a smoother drink.
  • You can store peach puree in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze it for longer use.
