Ingredients
For Pasta Taco Shells:

lasagna sheets or large shell pasta (boiled)
1
tbsp
olive oil
½
tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
For Filling:
1
cup
cooked ground beef or chicken (seasoned with taco seasoning)
½
cup
shredded cheddar cheese
¼
cup
diced tomatoes
¼
cup
chopped lettuce
2
tbsp
sour cream or Greek yogurt
Hot sauce (optional)
Instructions
Boil pasta :
Cook lasagna sheets until soft but firm. Drain and let cool.
Shape shells :
Gently fold each sheet into a taco shape using a taco rack or resting between muffin tins.
Air fry taco shells :
Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
Prepare filling :
Cook ground meat with taco seasoning. Let cool slightly.
Assemble tacos :
Fill crispy pasta shells with meat, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and top with sour cream or yogurt.
Serve immediately
for the best crunch!
Notes
To make lasagna sheets easier to fold, gently roll them out after boiling if they are too thick.
