small banana (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions
For a smoother texture, soak the oats in almond milk for five minutes.
In a blender, combine the banana, protein powder, almond milk, oats, and any additional ingredients.
Process on high speed until creamy and smooth.
If necessary, taste and adjust the sweetness.
Pour into a large glass and start drinking right away.
Notes
For a smoother mixing, soak steel-cut oats overnight or briefly boil them beforehand.
