Ingredients
  

For a Classic Lavash Pizza (1 sheet – 2 servings):

  • 1 sheet lavash flatbread
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced onions
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or arugula (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare Lavash Base:
    Place lavash on the baking sheet and lightly brush it with olive oil.
  • Add Sauce and Toppings:
    Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the lavash. Add shredded cheese, then layer on your vegetables and olives.
  • Season and Bake:
    Sprinkle dried herbs on top and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are crisp.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil or arugula if desired. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Lavash is thin and can burn easily, so watch it carefully when baking.
  • To maintain the crust's crispness, don't add too many toppings.
