- 4 cups watermelon (seedless, chopped)
- 1β2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
- A few mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
Add chopped watermelon to a blender.
Add lime juice and sugar or honey if desired.
Blend until smooth.
Optionally, strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Pour into a glass over ice.
Garnish with mint leaves if using.
Serve immediately!
