Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tsp sugar (or as needed)
  • 1 pinch black salt (optional, for flavor)
  • 1 pinch chaat masala (optional, for a tangy twist)
  • cups soda water or sparkling water (chilled)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a sturdy glass or jar, add mint leaves, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Muddle (crush) the mint leaves gently with a muddler or back of a spoon to release the flavor.
  • Add black salt and chaat masala if using.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour chilled soda water over the mixture.
  • Stir gently.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

  • Use fresh mint leaves for the best flavor.
  • Adjust sugar, lemon, and salt according to your taste preference.
  • Avoid over-muddling the mint to prevent bitterness.
